I have wondered about the exercises I was doing the first three months. I
stopped when I could pretty much walk alone and function normally, because I
figured that was the goal of them, but wondered if it would be beneficial to
continue them. Some exercises seemed to increase the numbness for a time, so I
didn't know whether to push it in those areas or stop. I do think the
exercises helped overall the first few months.
