I too have problems with resting days. It feels sometimes like I am just
being lazy. I am beginning to realize what a treasure they are. I hear
my friends and colleagues complain that they never have time just to sit
and read a book, or work on crafts, etc. This disease has forced me to
have that time, so I am starting to really appreciate the opportunity to
slow down. Or, as muy favorite doctor told me once, I need to find a
way to live more in my head. Ann
