My brother aged 35, has been diagnosed as having the above disease since Dec
1995. Initially the local doctors say it was Guillian Barre but later
changed it to TM with NM. He is paralized now and his spinal cord injury is
from T5-T10. He was having a bout of flu, vomitting and later numbness begin
from his toe upwards to his hands but shortly afterwards the numbess at his
hands disappears. He can now use his hands. I would be grateful if anyone
out there can help me to explain about this term necrotising mylopathy and
what is the best way I can help my brother.
