I found nothing on "l'hermitts syndrome" in the oncology sites and

have eventually stumbled across this site.

Has anyone heard of it being caused this way?

What can I expect in the future?

Is there anything I can do to relieve it?

My legs feel very weak when I get up from sitting. Is this a symptom?

After all the scary words and phrases I've heard over the past six

months I've just been scared by two more - M.S. and T.M. Should I be?

The intent of this list is providing support and information to each
other. I'm sorry that some of our info has disturbed you. Using the info as an
alert, could prove beneficial. Your escalating symptoms should be cause for
concern. I was successful in ridding myself of lhermitts syndrome by
stretching my body out. I did this by grasping an overhead support and just
hanging by holding on,and with all the weight off my feet. An inversion board
or boots would possibly be as good or better.
If I were you,I would ask my doctor to see if your leukocyte antigens typed
out as"HLA-A3". He should know what we're talking about. Never the less,do
stay in close contact with your doc.An immune system blood test would be
beneficial.
