Also, I have not been able to walk without assistancefor quit some time
and then all of a sudden last week I was able to walk for a few days by
myself. I have heard of cases where people seem to be getting better and
then a few months later they go back to needing help. Are there any
cases where people stay better? Any information would be helpful!
Thanks!

Your headaches probably are not caused by tm. Have you told your doctor
about the headahes? You need to find out the underlying cause.
I think most tm'ers stay at their recovered level(albeit with some see-
sawing of the intensity of the symtoms.)
Be sure to do any walking(assisted or unassisted),that you can, daily.
Put plenty of rest intervals in between walking. I'm not a doctor, but vitamin
B-12 supplement may be of help to your overall health. Try to find out what is
causing the headaches.
