Sayward - Welcome to the group, but so sorry you have had to join us.
When I first had myelitus, I had really horrible headaches. It even hurt
to touch my head. They went away when they gave me steroids to reduce
the swelling of the placque. I have recovered the ability to walk,
though I still have tingling and numbness in my feet. There are better
days and worse days, and the placque can flare up again. Check with
your docs to see if your placque could be acting up. Mine did awhile
ago, and I went back on the steroids for a few weeks. Yucky side
effectd, but I have regained the ground I lost through the flare-up.

One of the hardest aspects of this disease is its unpredictabillity.
Some people recover and don't have any more problems. Some are left
with very serious problems. A lot of us have partial recovery. Most of
us have more problems when we get overly tired. Hang in there - Ann
