Help please!

I am 17yrs. old and have just been diagnosed with TM. I have a few
questions that I was hoping that some of you could help me with. I have
these awful headaches that even tylenol(sp?) 3 can't touch. Are the
headaches one of the symptoms or are they something else? Is there
ANYTHING that I can take to at least dull them?
Also, I have not been able to walk without assistancefor quit some time
and then all of a sudden last week I was able to walk for a few days by
myself. I have heard of cases where people seem to be getting better and
then a few months later they go back to needing help. Are there any
cases where people stay better? Any information would be helpful!
