Jenny-
I've had TM for 3 years this September. I lost bladder control and never
fully regained it. I have a little control, but still have accidents. I
still have to self cath and see my uro often due to frequent uti's. One
thing I have noticed that has helped is I take a "cranberry Pill". You can
get them at any health food store. They are $$ though. But I think it has
helped a little. "Poise Pads" also are great. They are not too bulky and
they really can save the day when you have an accident. I wear them
everyday. Let me know if I can be any help. Take care.
