Jenny,
What do they call the guy who graduates last in medical school? Doctor!
I have been to many doctors in my lifetime. If they admit that they don't
know about something, even if it is in their field, they are good ones.
There are some who beat around the bush and will give you any answer
except, "I don't know."(YOUR DOCTOR! His M. D. stands for Mentally
Deficient.)
With your symptoms there is something wrong and I am not an M.D.. I am not
that familiar with it, but check out Guillain-Barre Syndrome(GBS). I
believe it affects the peripheral nervous system.
When I was hospitalized 26 years ago, that is what the nurse's told me I
had because there had been a patient there about a year before with GBS.
There is a fine line between GBS and TM.
I did not find out that it was TM until 6 years later when I saw the Chief
of Neurology at Massachusetts General Hospital That I had TM.
Don't give up. There are some idiot M.D's out there.
John
