Maria,
I was diagnosed with epilepsy about two years before my attack of tm. In
fact the onset of tm was found (MRI done) because I had two nights of
almost continuous seizures. My swelling was at the C2/3 level in my neck.
My doctor says there is no connection, but I am unconvinced. My seizures
are now under control (I had only lost conciousness with my first seizure,
all the rest have been more muscles spasms). I think there is a
relationship with my seizures and tm. Who knows, though. Best of luck to
