Weight loss? I went in 6'4" 218 lbs and came out 4'6" weighing 174. I
mean with the hospital rotating the meals every two weeks. By the second
month I knew what was coming. Being paralyzed I didn't really feel
hungry but just kept to the schedule and eat what they gave me. And all
the drinking I did in there, well you get the idea. My upper body did
look like I was in great shape. But it was just because I lost all my
body fat. I suppose I'm back to around my original weight. I'm not tubby
but I cant lay down and knock off two hundred setups as before. In fact
I messed up the muscles in my neck and shoulder and can hardly pick up
my own (AT)ss the past couple weeks. One of the benefits of age and using
your arms to get around.
Strange though when I go to my masseuse she works my lower back and that
seems to help my neck? We have a theory that it's return of a muscle
that runs along my spine, from my lower back to my scaps. With every
thing being connected right up to my neck. To back it up some I now have
pin prick from my lower back up, but only on the offending side, which
happens to be the right.
This maybe also be the cause of my frequent headaches. She starts at my
lower back and works up to my neck and then to just where the soft
tissue of your neck ends and your melon starts she presses the upper
most muscles until the pain of the headache localizes in the place she
is pressing and pop. I be feeling fine!
All in all a 'Good Thing'. As long as I have my ice pack at hand.

God bless all, and as my daughter says;
"Ok I love you, Baa' by"
