We're obviously happy about your progress, Nora, but it
still important to remember that your rigid statements about
things that "does work" is entirely subjective. Particularly
in cases of neurological illness or dysfunction, symptoms
come and go and most of the time it is impossible to say
what causes the change. That's why every blind study include
a control group that will get a sugar pill instead if the
real thing. Some times the fake sugar pill does help......
just like your claim of magnets improving your condition.
Meditation, dietary changes and other lifestyle modification
is supported everywhere, in the treatment of illness or just
for increased well-being. You're not going to find consumer
organizations dedicated to fight the practice of meditation
or stop the eating of healthy food. There is, however, no
shortage of individuals and organizations working to inform
and warn the public on money-making SCAMS like the sale of
magnets, healing herbs, anti-aging agents, etc. Herein lies
my entire point and the reason for my postings: I fount it
very inappropriate that people use this list to develop
their entrepreneurial activities, or to make claims to
support such questionable ( at best!) cure-alls.
Be smart, be pragmatic and suspicious. Do your research and
then go for what it is you think might help....... even if
it includes spending your hard earned money to buy magnets
from a merchandising healer hobbyist.
Cheers, Peace & Good Health To All!
