Hi everyone, daze here. Just been to the doctors as I've had a really bad
back pain, just under my left shoulder blade, all day and I found that 2 of my
spinal vertebrae, in the lower thoracic region, seemed to stick out more that
the rest. I ony noticed this yesterday. My ribs have been hurting too,
especially on my left side which sticks out.

The doctor said that it was due to muscle weakness all around my torso and
that I need to do different exercises. She has referred me to one of the best
physio's in my area (which I'm very pleased about), and hopefully he will be
able to help. She also said that I have to concentrate on my posture alot
more. It's still very uncomfortable, even more so when I sit up straight.

Has anyone else had these problems.?
Anyway, I'll let you know how it goes.
Hope you're all feeling well
