Need to find TM Doctor in California

I just got a call from a woman (Linda) in California whose sister
(Gail) was just diagnosed with TM. Gail is dealing with doctors who
know very little about TM. They have done MRI's of her brain but not
her spinal cord. They did a spinal tap which they say showed nothing.
Gail was given steroids IV which have not helped and she feels weaker
every day.

If anyone knows of a good doctor in California who is experienced
with treating TM please send me the his/her name, address and phone
number and I will pass it along to Linda. Gail lives in North
Brentwood which is about 1 hour from San Francisco.

I'm still trying to figure out how the diagnosed her with TM with out
a MRI of the spinal cord.......
