Patti,
Just a warning regarding a little bending of the elbow. Alcohol is a
diuretic. The rate at which urine flows into the bladder can cause leg
spasms to occur more frequently. I used to like to have a couple of glasses
of wine in the evening, but when I got relaxed the spasms would increase.
I did not know this until I had a cystometrogram(bladder test). The bladder
will want to empty when it reaches a lower capacity if the flow rate into
it is increased.
