Hi, Ricky,

I'm sorry I didn't get back to you sooner on that...got distracted by Everyday
Life! I did find those exercise pages, but they were mostly leg and hip
exercises. The only one I had for buttocks was what they called "glut sets:
Recline on your back, resting on your elbows (my PT actually had me lie on my
back). Squeeze your buttocks together as tightly as possible. Hold for five
seconds, then relax. Repeat 10 times."

I did run an AOL search for "physical therapy exercises" some months back and
found some interesting things. I don't know what search engines you have
access to, but you might try that and see what you come up with. I do think
the best thing is working with a physical therapist individually. I think most
insurance companies would cover that if prescribed by the dr.
