I use a pillow as therapy before I go to sleep every night, put it under my
back--in the middle-- and try to let my spine curve back the other way. I've
been told that our muscles get used to a position and get set in their ways,
so-to-speak, and they need stretching out the other way.

Complete is no feeling or use below the site if spinal insult.
Incomplete is some sensation or muscle use below it.

Medicare only pays for the cheapies. You might try your State Vocational
Rehab-or equivalent agency- for financial assistance that M/C will not pay.
Also, consult an OT-occupational therapist for the chair best suited for you
and your condition.

Best of luck.
