I just read this, and I loved it. My hat is off to the person who wrote this.
Not only is it true but needed at this time. I have printed out a copy to
take to my pain and stress managment theorapist. Does anyone else have short
term memory problems? I almost make notes on what I go into the next room for
on any given day. I am thinking it may have to do with my sleep pattern (as
if there was on, lol).
