Foregoing any medical problems that prevent either maintaining or
reducing a persons weight, calorie intake minus calories used is, in my
opinion, the basic weight control method.
My tip(remember you heard it here first) is to carry a glass of
crushed or cubes ice around to crunch on during the day. This has a threefold
beneficial effect.
Water is good for you. The chewing action and the cold ice burn calories.
Water does not have calories. It also may take one's mind off of snacking.
