Hello, I hope Sumer is doing better my prayers are with her. There were 2
exercises I did to strenthen my butt and stomach muscles. First, for my butt
the PT had me purchase (for my home use, and then I used theirs while I was
there) one of the brightly colored rubber 12 inche balls, actually they are
quiet light in weight, then I had to hold it between my knees and squeeze them
together. The reps were 10 then rest 10 then rest....for my stomach I used
the a large coffee can wrapped about with a towel, put it under my knees and
did the slight scruntches as was mentioned earlier. The PT of course had the
real thing while I was in their place, but at home these are how I started.
