1. This board is full of negative postings regarding
conventional medicine, science and health care in general. I
am simply voicing my opinion in support of science and
subsequently against junk science (magnets, etc.)
2. This board is also full of religious postings, call to
prayer, etc. Again, I am only expressing my view on the
"faith" aspect of life with a disability, and how some of
"us" manage without the "help" from a supreme being in the
skies.
I trust "we" all would like to see this list as a solution
giver, but I question your reluctance to hear both sides.
Since I don't see you reprimand going out to those opposing
me during these last days, I consider your posting personal
and rather subjective.
Personally, I have no need to further defend my position as
it relates to your agenda, but I can assure you that I will
share my opinions, whether they are positive or negative, in
this great forum for individuals sharing the rough
"disability ride".
Consider this; We come from different social and economical
environments, even from different countries and cultures.
Our "take" on life with (or without) a disability, on how to
cope and how to live productive lives, will differ. Likewise
our faith in science as well as in a god. One of the good
things with such an open forum is to learn about different
opinions, not just our own. If you expect to find only
posting that you approve of, in a forum as large as this, I
think you're close-minded.
