Kathy - so sorry to hear about your friend. There is not a ton of info
out there about this diseases, and its one that keeps the doctors
puzzled. Its early days yet for your friend, and several of us have
fully recovered or recovered sufficiently to lead normal lives. Try to
relax and let the steriods and time do there job. James Lubin's website
is the best source of information and pointers to other sources. Keep
reading this list - the power of so many people directly and indirectly
affected by this disease is amazing, and I have learned alot from this
group. Tell your friend that we are thinking of her and pulling for her
complete recovery. Ann
