When I had my MRI it seemed to help me more to look at a mirror they had in
there in which I could see just a corner of the window where the technicians
were. Gave me some perspective, I guess, or a reference point. A connection to
the outside world, or something. :) Different things work for different
people. If you tell them beforehand you had a bad experience the first time,
they can give you something to take to help. Let us know how it turns out.
