When I started this list in 1996, I sent a message to anyone I had seen ask
about transverse myelitis from AOL, Prodigy, Genie, the internet messages
and whoever had written me. There about 10 people. I was only expecting
maybe 50 people. Today there are 155 people subscribed to the list and 77
people subscribed to the digest.
