I use an adaptive keyboard interface called Adap2u. It connect to the
keyboard and serial port (for mouse) of the computer. A standard keyboard
and mouse can connect to the Adap2u for regular use. The Adap2u can be
accessed by several different methods, I use it by a sip and puff switch. I
sip and puff morse codes into an air tube connected to my wheelchair (see
picture at http://www.myelitis.org/jlubin/closeup.htm). A sip is a dot and
a puff is a dash. I have codes for every keyboard key and for mouse
movements.
