Neece 97, Jan H here. Welcome, sorry you
have to become a member of this group but
will tell you that this is the place to be if you
have TM. I can onlyl tell you that at 23 months
and counting that the spasms reduce in inten-
sity as time passes and that the pain you gain
as you get more movement back is a small
price to pay for improvement. As I said, I'm
sorry you have to join this group, but you have
come to a place that will help you more than
any other place you could be! Keep on listen-
ing and interacting--you'll learn alot about what
has happened to your body! JanH
