When you are on the list and the people
'send to all' you get all the mailings of the
group with/related to tm--those mailings
about holiday diagnosis etc are tm people
looking at similarities in their cases. If
you are writing something that you want
to go to only one person-send by 'reply'
and if you're looking for thoughts from all
of us, which is the way most of the mailings
are done, send by 'reply to all'. By mailing
to all, you get several ideas or answers that
you can then apply to your own situation.
