JanH here. In my case, the tight girdle about
my middle eased with time--I don't know how long
you have had tm but it probably was 6 months
before that feeling was gone for me. The foot
drop I can't speak to for my daughter caught that
at the first sign on the day I was diagnosed and
they put a foot board on my bed immediately.
Surely there are exercises for that but I don't
know for certain. Good luck!
