A couple of questions:

What does "acute" mean in this diagnosis? Nobody ever told me I had ATM--I
never heard the term until I was on the list. I didn't ask, but I thought
it meant the TM came on really fast (mine came on over two weeks or so.
Does it mean instead what kind of impact the TM has?

What happens if the person whose support you need got gouged at an ATM that
charged a high fee just before you show up?

One interesting thing about about TMS as a possibility is that it also kind
of includes the MS connection, even though we don't want to go on to develop
MS. The link between the two might tap into the folks who already support
MS research.
