I will see what I can do to inform the doctors and hospitals in Tampa and
the surrounding areas with TMA/TMIC information. I think it would be a
great benefit to other TM'ers. I found the group within just a couple of
weeks of diagnosis (Dec. '97) by searching the internet. Not everyone
has a computer, or they might not think to look there even if they do
have one. I have already received a lot of support/information from the
group in the short time I have been involved with it. My husband will
occasionally stop to read some of the postings and he almost always will
turn to me and say he realizes just how very blessed I am to have such a
"mild" case of TM.
If there is an effort to put together an "information package" for all
who are interested to use in this regard, I will be happy to contribute
my assistance to the cause.
