My hips and knees hurt, too, although not as badly as yours (it was worse
when I first got TM). One thing that helped me then and still does is to
change positions fairly often. When I was in the rehab hospital, they
encouraged me to wake up periodically and turn. I don't know if it will
help your sternum. I've been having chest pains because of stress, and my
chiropractor works on the chest muscles where they attach to the sternum.
It helps the chest pains, but my chest is painful and sore for a couple of
days after she does it.
