When I was new to the list (not that long ago...I've had tm for 40
days)....I went into "Search"...typed in Transverse Myelitis...
then went to TMIC-List Discussion Group...then into TMIC List Archives.
You will learn a lot there.

I wish your mom the best....it sounds like her case is a rather mild one
compared to a lot...which is great!!
Can she walk??
Everyone recovers differently......determination plays a big role in
each recovery especially if you have a relatively mild case such as your
mom and myself.
I was paralyzed from the waist down but now am walking with the aid of a
walker...and my bladder has returned.
Anyway.....let me know if I can help any further.
