This is Lynn and I fall into both of those categories. Considerable
return AND not ready for any marathons. :)
I've had the bowel problem under control for longer than the bladder. I
should say the bowel control is pretty much under control..I still need
an all natural laxative every couple of days.
The bladder took longer because of the Foley catheter being in for
eleven days.
Once they took it out my bladder had forgotten how to work and I had to
be cathed every 4 or 5 hours. Four days after I started walking with
the walker, my bladder came home.
My walking is difficult....and VERY SLOW as everything hurts from my
calves all the way up through my lower back. I just keep plugging away.
Nothing wrong with curiousity......and no question is silly to me.
We're all in this boat together.
