I think the reason I take the flu shot is because I am not able to clean
myself and I'm alone often. So I'd rather not have the flu. I feel it
is a choice that an individual has to make. I had never had a flu shot
before TM. I did not have any shots within the two years before TM.

Hi Sharon,
When I went to the doctor several months after the onset of TM, I asked him
if I should take a flu shot and he said NO, not a good idea.
