Hi Everyone ~
Four days ago I walked with a walker for the first time. I have really
had to push myself because it hurts from my calves all the way up into
my back when I walk.
And my legs are so weak!!! Well....apparently my persistence has paid
off because yesterday my bladder returned home!! :)
I'm not positive, of course, that the walking did the trick, but
whatever it was
I'm grateful for!!
Now I have no choice but to walk...because every time I turn around I
have to go to the bathroom!!!!! (SMILE)
