Our responsibility?

I have not written to the list in some time and I come today to pose a
question to those of us who feel our TM was brought on by a vaccination -
those who have other opinions need not respond - I don't want to start another
debate.
My inquiry lies in the instances when people ask me to explain what has
happened to me. Most of the time I try to blow it off, or just say while its
a one time disorder w/ symptoms much like MS. But there are always those who
probe and eventually I share with them the opinion that I feel a flu-vaccine
caused my TM. Then of course the next question is - Should I not get a flu-
shot? I have no idea how to respond. I know how I feel about it, but the
chances seem to be so rare that it could happen to someone else. In the end,
I wish I had just remained silent about my opinions - and then recently a
friend my sister's, 2yr old son just fell prey to post-vaccince TM! They want
my opinion, and are having the typical health insurance/legal battles. My
central question is - What is our respnsibility to inform others of our
experiences, and opinions about TM and vaccinations, if any?
