It may be covered, However: You cannot have any other litigation in
process inorder to qualify. What I would do is call Ron Homer and get his
opinion. You also have to evaluate the advantages of getting a workmans
compensation award ,as compared to getting an award from the National Vaccine
Injury Compaensation Act.
