Dear Lynn, My Mother had a Flu shot in November of 97' after her first
battle with TM, the Doctors said she needed the Flu shot because she could
not risk getting the flu with her TM. Well to make a long story short she
ended up in the hospital for a month because the TM came back and moved all
the way down her spine she is now in a wheelchair and cannot walk, she could
walk a little with a walker but since last Friday she has gotten worse. All
the medicine she is on has caused her mind to go a little crazy. She takes
22 pills a day. Well now we took her for an MRI yesterday and the Doctors
said the TM is a little better but she has a small fracture in the spine
which is causing a lot of pain. They said the medicine she is on also makes
you bones very brittle. She is on chemo and steroids plus a whole lot more.
By the way she is very depressed, which the Doctors say is from the
steroids. Kathleen

Subject: FLU VACCINATIONS!!!

Phil ~
You need to hear this!!!
Bill was talking to his mom's doctor on Tuesday and he has five new
patients from age 50 up with tingling & numbness & burning sensations in
lower extremities.
The only common link he has found so far is FLU SHOTS!!!

He personally had a serum reaction to a flu shot nine years ago and did
some study afterwards. He said you actually
get MORE of the virus in ONE SHOT
that the average person is exposed to in a LIFETIME!! AND THEY NEVER
LEAVE YOUR BODY!!!!

The reason everyone doesn't come down with the flu after a shot is
because the viruses are encased in a coating and the immune system
breaks the coating down only a few at a time.

This doctor is going to talk to my neurologist because he thinks there
is an extreme rise in neuro-autioimmune attacks due to flu shots!!

Suggest you broaden the question on innoculations to as far back as
people can remember. Also, how many tm'ers have had a flu shot AFTER
onset of tm?
I'm wondering about the relationship between flu shots and second
attacks of tm.
