I have experienced tail bone pain as well as pain in my hip sockets weaving
down my leg. The leg with the pain is usually the leg I turn to the outside
while sleeping. Ther ehave been days when I felt as if the pain was cold and
hard deep inside the bone. I found a 'warn' bath along with the pain meds.
I also use a TENS unit in the 'burst' mode, placed in the crisscross method.

We can hold each others hands, on the days when the rest of the world seems so
very far away. Allow the comfort of the words typed on this list to help one
another all the way around the world, England , Greece, and how I wish we had
been able to reach out for R. Dawson. I will pray and in this prayer I will
thank God for the simple things and the wonderful friends I have never meet,
yet I pour my heart out to you. I have always had to be strong, and look as
if I could take a bear on, in the wood in the dark with a spoon. Thanks for
always being there, the late Mr. Dawson sadly is my cold whiff of reality.

Kindest regards,
Beth
