I may be somewhat responsible for creating an issue about stress.
To insure a creditable,unbiased and random survey,trust me,Stress, is taken
into account.I apologize if anyone was lead to believe otherwise.

#3----vertebrael injuries sustained prior to onset of tm?
#4-----vaccinations within 24 months prior to tm?
#5----any flu-like illnesses preceding onset of tm?
#6----any rash prior to tm?
#7-----ever live and/or work close to any possible health risk,such as, an
oil refinery,chemical plant,pesticide usage,etc?
