Phil ~
Excellent idea!
My pre-tm background is as follows:

VERTEBRAEL INJURIES;
40 years of a weak back due to child-
hood injury. (Fell out of a tree and
landed on my back).

1992: Car accident resulting in injury
to the lumbar region of my spine.

1988-98: X-Rays have shown evidence
of arthritis in cervical and lumbar areas
of my spine. None noted in thoraxal
area .

1/31/98: TM attacked my spinal cord in
T-6, the area where I have had the most pain for a number of
years.

ILLNESSES & VACCINATIONS;

10/93: First flu shot ever in lifetime

10/97: Second flu shot

12/97 - 1/98: Flu-like symptoms twice:
warded off with Vitamin C and Zinc
Couple of mild sinus infections.
Treated with Sin-U-Tabs.

1/31/98: Onset of TM

Stress level moderate last ten years.

This is obviously not a complete medical history. Please let me know
what other medical background you may want to include in your analysis,
i.e., childhood vaccinations, routine surgeries, (non spinal), etc.

Thanks for taking the time to do this for all of us Phil!!
