1. Wash site with mild soap (non perfumed) and water with a soft handi/wipe
when going down for the evening.
2. wash site with just water before rising. Add Kenilog cream (only if the
site is irritated.....overuse will thin the skin over time.)
3. Change at least once a month or sooner if gritty (you can feel grit by
rolling the tube at the site between the thumb and forefinger), by sterile
procedure, after shaving the site.
4. Be religious about the regimin!!!!!
I also believe a few beers help irrigate.....drink plenty of fluids..you can
never have enough. If you're frustrated emptying, get an electronic leg bag
emptier.......good luck
