Hello people;
I don't want this to sound like an advertisement but, I buy my vitamins
through Puritans Pride. There are things that help with bowel control, such a
natural laxative and stool softener combined, and a product called colon care.
I use these every day, and have not had any trouble going in the last six
months. They work. You may be able to find something similar in a health food
store, but if you can't I strongly suggest you search out Puritans Pride. It's
was very difficult for me to be someones house and not be able to do the
finger manipulation when I had to because of the heigth of the toilets. I had
a Potty Chair if you will over my own which left me about a six inch gap where
I could get mt hand between the toilet and the bottom of the potty chair. On a
conventional toilet I couldn't do that, and it scared me when I had to go and
couldn't. I don't have that problem anymore. The stuff I use is all natural,
and wont hurt you colon, such. I hope this helps you. Please search it out.
