Well the first few months can be trouble, but you shouldn't be getting
too many infections.
You should be using an All Silicone cathater not the common rubber ones.
Also you could use some hydrogen peroxide / betadine at the opening and
just drink a LOT of fluids.
I've had a S.P sense 86 but not an authority.
