When I first setup the list software I set the reply-to so that all replies
would go to the list. I changed it back so that replies would include the
sender's address. There was several reasons why I did this.

1. Some messages do not need to be sent to the entire list. Those messages
just take up space when I archive the messages.
2. I sometimes receive message askitng questions about TM and I redirect
them to the list. When these people are not on the list they don't receive
the replies.
