I'm paralyzed too, so someone caths me every 6 hours (more or less): 7am
; 1pm ; 7pm and 11pm .
I thought of using a foley but my Urologist said it's better not,
because of the infections. I've already suffered from UTI's before, so
every cath is being done sterilicly (sp?).
I take Hyprex as antibiotics to prevent the infections, i guess it
helps!
