I suffered a relapse of my CIDP (chronic Guillain-Barre) (I also have a six
year history with TM) in September and my law firm would not take me back
without an ADA accommodation letter having been completed by my treating
physician.
You can send this organizatno an e mail or visit their web site, or simply
call their (800) number either US or Canada, and someone will get back to you
promptly with some help and will send you valuable information.
If anyone wants a copy of the ADA letter put together by my physician I will
be happy to e mail it to you (in redacted form).

Kevin,
Glad to hear you were able to get the accommodations you requested.
We are always happy to have our callers let other people know about
our services so feel free to provide the Guillain-Barre Syndrome
Foundation with any information on our services that you think might
be useful to its members.
