Meningitis shots

I was diagnosed with TM when I was eight, and I now 18. There is a meningitis
scare in the area where I live and the Medical Authorities are giving shots to
all people in my age group. I was wondering if having this vaccination would
have any effect on me because of my TM history. Does anyone have thoughts or
information on this.
