It's been a while since I've posted . . . been enjoying reading and
learning more about TM however. You might recall - I posted well over a
month ago about my father who got TM at age 77 and is paralyzed from mid
chest down. He's still in rehab but is now experiencing severe spasms -
around the stomach area. The therapist can feel the "knots" and "spasms"
so we know they're real. They've got him on some pain medication and
have now doubled the strength but they are so severe that he sometimes
can not eat and can't go to therapy. He's only got 4 weeks left before
Medicare runs out to get the sliding board transfer down or he'll not be
allowed to come home.
So my question is - - have any of you experienced what I'm writing about
here and if so - what, if anything has helped? I would appreciate
hearing from you.
