Change to tmic-list

I changed the configuration on the tmic-list. It no longer changes the
"Reply-To:" header to the list address. This change means that, depending
on your mail program, if you just "Reply" the message will only be sent to
the author and not to the list. To have your reply sent to the list you
need to use "Reply All".
